S650 Is First Ford Program To Use Pilot Ariba

According to the Linkedin profile of an S650 program engineering sourcing analyst, she claims that the S650 is the first Ford model program to use Ford's new cloud technology for development called Pilot Arriba. Not sure if this is a good thing or bad thing, in terms of changing too much for the sake of change and experimentation.

I am working with SAP systems and to my knowledge Ariba is a cloud based supply chain management tool. So it's not a feature of the car, but Ford using new tech to optimize getting the stuff they need to build the car. This would for the other parts of the job description about sourcing/procurement tasks
