6'5" here. The issue is the protrusion on the console that the mirror is attached to. The left trick works. Move it to the left, up and around this protrusion and then back right "on top of it" to center it.

One would think that in 2025, a car manufacturer could get a rear view mirror right, but, hey, that might just be a first world problem.

The mirror is articulated at both ends.

You need to lower the mirror at the housing end which then allows you to angle the mirror at the mirror end to get a better rear view. As in have the connecting rod angled down more before then angling the mirror itself up more.

I'm 6'-0", but I have long legs and a shorter torso. With the seat down I have no issues with the mirrors, but I do run the seat pretty far back. No one could begin to sit behind me.

This helped a lot - I would not have assumed the mirror articulates at both ends of the rod. I messed around with it some, including turning the mirror upside-down, and It's significantly better - almost perfect vertically, and oh-so-slightly to the left. Overall, I'd say a solid 90% improvement.

I couldn't figure out the mirror when I was test driving, but there's a discussion in this forum from when the 2024s were just coming out - use the search function - of how to deal with it by moving the mirror far to the left and then up and around the protrusion Familiar Room illustrated in his post. I'm 6'4" and it's adjusted fine now. Really bad UX design, but not an actual problem.

Pro tip - if the articulation closest to the windscreen does not move, don't just manhandle it - the mount will break the windscreen.

Alternate solution to those posted here (since the left-up-right-down-A-B-A-B cheat code did not work for me no matter how many times I tried) - you can carefully trim (ha!) the trim piece with a Dremel, to give your mirror enough room to move where you need it to be.

You do not need to start dremeling your car interior!

The articulation near the screen will NOT break the screen, but may detach. There are things called lubricants to free up joints.

This is NOT a pro tip - it is a horrible bodge!

It is nothing to do with the driver height - purely down to mirror adjustment at both ends of the support
If it's not the driver height then I don't know what is the issue since I have no issue at all.

The issue is that the mirror is attached on a rod with articulation at both ends. If the screen end is too horizontal then it isn't possible to angle the mirror at the other end enough to see out the back of the car. All you have to do is angle the screen end down more which allows more room for the mirror to be angled.

It just depends on how it was installed into the car when built as most people do not realise both ends articulate.

That's why I said that I have no clue what the issue is if it's not the height. I have no issue with the mirror.
