Racing Stripes or Wrap!

My previous ride was a Race Red 22 GT w/Black accent package. Loved the package but was never a fan of the Race Red. My new ride is a White 24 GT w/Bronze accent package. I’m happy with it for sure but it’s an awful lot of white. Needs something, just not sure what. Thinking of maybe adding some dual full length racing stripes or just having the roof and spoiler wrapped in black. Looking for recommendations on which and if you recommend stripes what color? Not looking for anything that would necessarily clash with the Bronze. Thanks for the input.

Are you going to keep the car for any length of time? If so, I’d go stripes. Last I knew wraps only last for a few years before needing to be replaced unless you go with a ppf style material.

I’m not a big fan of wraps anyways for a few reasons but doing the roof and spoiler wouldn’t be bad.

I look at the side of that car I see a blank canvas begging for some stripes! Do it!

As for colors, I'm not the best to ask. But seems like red and black would work well with the bronze wheels?

I toiled over this very question myself. My GT is black with the bronze package and I decided to go with color-shifting bronze wrap. I did a single over the top stripe that starts just in front of the hood vent. I had my installer follow the body lines of the hood and roof (though they do differ in width), down over the trunk lid, ending at the wedge spoiler. I also had the grill 'nostrils' and outside rearview mirrors wrapped in the same bronze. I'm very pleased with how it turned out.

Not my cup of tea, but my opinion is irrelevant. All that matters is YOU like it. Glad you're pleased with the final product.

Match the color to the wheels, and skip the Shelby name of course in the rocker accent.
