Hey Guys,

Was detailing the car yesterday, for date night last night, and noticed that I'm missing two front clips, or push pins, (1 on each side) that hold the WHEEL LIP MOLDING in place. It's still in place fine but itsn't as snug as it could be right near that panel join area.

Wondering if Ford took them out when they were doing my alignment. Two being missing, one on each side, in the exact same place, at the same time, is unlikely.

Anyone know the part #? It looks like it's just a push pin that goes into the aero mount and then into the fender panel. I'll order myself some and spares in case.

Are we even sure Ford put clips in those two spots to begin with?
Maybe saving those two clips was part of their recent cost cutting measures... lol

I actually don't really know as I didn't inspect every nut and bolt and clip when I took delivery but I do know that it was more firmly in place at that time. It's really no big deal (I think) since I just gotta find out the part number, order 2-5 of them (2 needed with a couple spares) and call it a day.

Hoping some Ford aficionado has the part name / #

Ok, I THINK this is the name of the part I'm looking to get the clips on!

Anyone know the part # that can be used to order from a Ford site?

I see you're from Canada, here is the clips from Basil Ford in Buffalo NY, they say it fits the 2024 Mustang Dark Horse. Maybe you can reach out to them?
Yes indeed; I'm in Ontario. We've got Eastgate Ford parts up here so I've reached out to them to double check if that is the correct part.

Yes, they are push clips - my Mach has them I can’t remember but I think they reused the factory one that come with the car. Look on the lower fender and take a small screw driver and left the head to take it out. I think the part number is on the push pin but it’s really small!

Please let me know if you have any other questions

Thabjs Benny. I reached out to my local Ford parts manager and he has some that should be coming in today. I’ll grab them tomorrow and see if they are same same.
