Normal oil temp/ pressure before pushing it

What are the normal oil temp/ pressure before I should start driving it hard? And what are the numbers when I should back off and let it cool down? I have a FH btw.

Get the oil temps to 180+ before you really start getting on it. I would let it cool down a bit if your oil temps get up around 245-250. As far as I know up to 260 is within spec, but thats pretty high considering they have such a good oil cooler setup.
