Got a 2024 Mustang GT. I noticed that there is some wind noise coming from the windows when doing highway speeds so I looked at the window weather stripping and saw a hole in it. I thought it was torn but then the driver side has the same hole in it. Is this hole normal? I'm guessing it's for water drainage. If it is normal, is wind noise normal also? It's not super loud but it is noticeable. It was also kind of windy while I was driving on the highway doing 75+.

Another question is when doing a hard pull (the car has a whipple on it) it sounds like a window is open when getting up in speed. It may just be all the air that the whipple is sucking in that I'm hearing.

Another thing is it's been windy in my area (winds are around 25-30) and when driving on the highway it sounded like the window was cracked open. I opened and closed the window and it fixed it but then when the wind hit my car again it sounded like the window was open again. Sorry if this is a dumb question but is this normal or is the seal bad or the window itself needs adjusting? The car only has 1,400 miles on it. I just notice wind noise from my car so I'm trying to see if it's all normal or not.

In my opinion that definitely doesn't sound right. Possible the rubber seals are defective or something. You said you opened and closed windows and it fixed it. So there's your issue I bet. The seal is misaligned and when you moved it it went back into right place. Take it to dealership warranty fix. When I bought my brand new 2016 Nissan 370z it had a wind noise at speed and it was the seal. They replaced it no problem after.
