Floor lighting is very helpful at night when you drop something. If you do not like it, you can always turn it off.
I don’t mess around with anything while I’m driving, so why would I drop anything? I think a light for the garage door would be much more useful.

I honestly don't remember my garage door buttons on the visor lighting up on my 2020 GT500 or my 2021 Mach 1. Your old car they lite up?

What about the gear indicator lights? I know they aren't backlit in my 2020.

My biggest nitpick honestly......you have to CHOOSE to have either regular Cruise Control or Adaptive Cruise Control enabled. Can't have both. Why Ford? My 2021 Charger had both, just selected on steering wheel. My current 2023 Chevy has both.

Maybe for 2024. Along with lights for the cupholders and Homelink panel.

I honestly don't remember ever having the home-link in the visor light up in my older S550. I've had a 2015, 2018, 2020 and 2021. Never recall that being lit up at night

In my Audi, they lit up it was a 2022, my husband’s 2018 Honda pilot lights up, and so does my 2018 jeep grand Cherokee. If you can’t find the buttons it makes it really hard to open the garage door. I have to put my hand up there and start counting in the dark to find it.

For me, that one’s easy, because I can’t stand the adaptive cruise control, so mine stays shut off

Maybe you don’t have a garage? Or maybe it’s well lit out where you live, but my husband travels for a living and if I come home and it’s dark out, I wanna be able to get into my garage and get the door down, years ago, when the bother me these days with all the meth, heads out there, yeah, get the point? I really don’t care about the cupholders. It’s just weird to me, had to have been a guy for sure that designed this one.

I can only compare the lighting to the earlier Mustangs. As far as I know its never been an option to light up those buttons. I know other manufacturers like Dodge do as well

Oh - I got another one.

Keep hands on steering wheel notification. I am not using cruise control. Just normal driving. Yes and my hands were on the wheel. Dumb - where can I turn this off? It mutes the radio.

Oh wait, I have another. Not gonna lie, there seems to be some dumb replies to my post. Like the one where my title wasn't specific about it being a S650. I posted in the S650 area,,,DUH!!!! So, yeah, I guess the stang community gets a tick mark too.

Hum, I think this a new one. Do not recall hearing about this on the S550. I doubt cruise control would have anything to do with this. Could be a FTFM issue. 🤭👍

Good to see that you are trying to endure yourself to the community. First calling our cars dumb and then calling some forum members dumb.
