I think we misunderstood each other’s post.…lol.

My GT has 20” wheels which means it came with the metal cowl (K) brace already installed from the factory. All I had left to install was the tower strut brace.
When you order the strut brace from Ford the K brace is included. My uncle got the 20s and both items were included, but his wife only got the K brace. Ford is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you get.

I know if the car comes with 20” wheels, it comes with the K brace.

I THINK if it has the Performance Package it also comes with the strut tower brace.

I might be wrong, but I think it comes down to the options and packages.

Trunk matt and trunk cargo net. I like to still be able to get on it and you can fit most groceries or part store run products into it and the stuff stays put.

Must have accessories? A) GT350 1/2 shafts. B) Borla Switchfire suitcase delete. And if mufflers are replaced, which they are. C) bottle resonators, I have Netami NT-1018s. D) Borla S Type mufflers. In an A/V system. Not there yet, but E) Procharger HO SC 6-6.5 pounds boost just for an edge. I'm not a racer. I just have a need for an edge or three, or four. And last but not least a pretty blue shifter ball 💙.

This might sound goofy, but the first thing I got for my car was a seat belt extender/holder. For some reason the S650 shoulder belt digs into my neck.

I'd say that and a sunshade are probably my must haves. A dash cam would be next on the list. They aren't exciting, but if something ever happens you'll be glad you have one.

My radar detectors get used on every vehicle I own. I fight fire with fire. Anyone know of a good radar jammer?

And! Don't forget to have your Mustang mirrored to keep those pesky 👽 (and/or the State Cops) lasers off you! If you're budget conscious; you can wrap it your self in aluminum foil (shiny side out of course!). 😉

Radar detector followed by (unused) FN Hertsal 5.7.
Same. Radar detector is a must have.
As for the 5.7, I actually prefer the S&W over the FN. :)

Anyone know of a good radar jammer?
I haven’t kept up on this stuff for a few years now, but unless something has changed
Radar is governed by the FCC and they outlawed radar jammers many many moons ago.
Laser (LiDAR) on the other hand is governed by, believe it or not, the Food and drug administration and as far as I know they have yet to ban laser jammers. Several states do have laws making the illegal though.

I meant Lidar as well. I know they're banned in some ____ states. I already have a Valentine 1.

Secondly, my CZ P01 Omega, gets a lot of miles on it too.

Per Automoblog: Laser Jammers are illegal in California, Colorado, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Washington D.C. However, since there is no federal law banning them, they can be used in other states.

Im curious why a detector and jammer would be must-have accessories if you don't speed.
