Got an e mail form my dealerships marketing computer (I assume).

"Monthly Vehicle summary: Wiley; you're eligible to upgrade your current Ford to a new SAFER MORE RELIABLE one......."

So,, they're telling me my 9400 mile 2 year old GT isn't as SAFE or RELIABLE as it could be! 😂 I should think about getting out while I'm still alive and/or NOT broken down alongside the road somewhere...................via a trade at the same dealership who sold me a dangerous unreliable Mustang2 years ago. And what about this pricey extended warranty you guys sold me?! 🤷‍♂️

'I could see the e mail if I was driving a 10 year or older Ford..................

Definitely calling my salesman up Monday, and giving him a hard time! 😉

I haven't owned a Honda for almost seven years. Yet, I still get monthly mailings from the local dealer with all sorts of service offers, and deals on new ones. They all say words to the effect... Hurry as this deal won't last forever! Really? Been going on for 30 years, and it is almost over?

I would send them an email and MAIL a copy to the Ford CEO asking them if your car was unsafe?

Something along the lines of "should I be contacting the NTSB over this because you are implying my care is unsafe? My Lawyer wants to know exactly what you are implying is unsafe about my vehicle"

And the only way to buy a reliable vehicle from Ford is to buy a used 10 year old Toyota off their used car line

I'll give you the 5.0 engines are good, the GM/Ford transmissions are ehhhh

But a Ford dealer calling their product reliable is a joke

90% of the work in the service dept is warranty
