Infotainment screen stays illuminated

Dear all, I noticed my infotainment screen stays illuminated sometimes when I approach my car, and not enter, and I wonder if it shuts off later. Mainly worried about my battery been used unnecessarily.

you can shut off that walk up feature where it flashes it lights, etc. when you walk near it in settings. the screen will also illuminate if you just open the trunk, just open and close either the driver or passenger door and then it will shut off.
