My hood on my 2018 was off like that when I went to pick it up, so I said something at the dealership and they did the same thing to fix it - adjusting the rubber stoppers at the top - and was good to go.

great video, this would have been very useful a few weeks ago. I still had am issue with a chip in the front panel too but maybe i could have pushed the dealer to have actually fixed that

A couple turn of the rubber stopper and it should look all good.
Ford should hire a couple of people to adjust these things before sending them out.

They would but the newly hired 'hood adjuster' employees would just join the UAW strike...

That’s why they had delays in early production to fix those errors the early cars have it in many videos
