They've developed a self cleaning car.
On Wednesday I went to a local winery about 30kms away to stock up. I misread the clouds and got caught in a downpour, and in a line of traffic to boot.
I don't take the Mustang on short trips if it looks like rain, and I'd just washed it, so I was a tad miffed.
So I got home and found it was still clean, a little road dirt on the screen and grill, that's it. Good old Ford.
The ceramic coating probably helps a bit

Yeah, there was a bit on the back now that you mention it. Very little though.

I have the same problem. A year or so ago I upgraded to the Dark Horse rear diffuser and under belly panel. Shortly thereafter I noticed the rear end got dirty quicker. Appears the aero design on the DH rear under belly panel speeds up the "getting dirty" process. The rear would get dirty prior to this upgrade (not nearly as quick).

Edit add - Appears DH's are more prone to dirty rear ends in a shorter amount of time.

Maybe it needs a diaper, although it would need a diaper change more often. Sorry, too many memories from our 4 kids.

I have an Oxford white now, which gets a dirty rear end immediately. Had a Carbonized grey before and wish I had that again, color would perfectly hide the road dust

The ceramic coating helps a lot. If I haven't driven my car for a week or so, it gets a very thin coating of dust, even in the garage. When I do take it out, most of the dust disappears just from local driving. If I jump on a highway for a few minutes, it looks like it was just washed. Certainly not 100% but enough that I don't think it needs a wash. I am loving ceramic products! And they are so easy to apply! Glenn
