MSRP is $58,235.
On sale for $55,377.

What should I pay out OTD? I am thinking $57,000.

I'm not following the market and pricing, and cannot speak to that.

But two things I would clarify: 1) you'll be purchasing the vehicle with no dealer add-ons and 2) what are the expected doc fees?

As to TT&L, your state should have on-line calculators for that.

And what about a warranty? I hate warranties, but I plan on keeping my car more than three years, so it's pretty imperative, in my opinion. And they ain't cheap nowadays!

If interested in a warranty, Granger Ford will offer you the best price: $50 over cost.

https://www.grangerfordextendedwarranty.com/

Excellent service. And they sell these warranties on-line to people in NC.

Edit,

Extended warranties do not have to be purchased immediately. They can be bought just before the factory warranties expire. You have plenty of time to shop around, but I doubt you're going to beat Granger.

You can probably get them down another grand on that price. Title and fees are about 1k

I bought a used 24' manual non convertible with 1500 miles. Msrp was 61k with every option except magneride. OTD on that without discount would of been closer to 66k I paid about 53k.

I've been following pretty closely and most dealers have between a 3k and 5k discount off msrp for gt premiums. So really it's up to you what options you want, price will vary.

Also I still have the factory warranty for another few years included.

You could get it for $56K OTD no problem. Its also almost the end of the year and half way in November.

Extended warranty = waste of money. Better to put the money in an investment account.

I respectfully disagree. But like any type of insurance, it’s a crap shoot. My 2015 had two A/C change outs after the regular warranty ran out and a torque converter replacement. If I had put the equivalent to what I paid for the warranty into an investment account, it wouldn't have covered half of what repairs cost. Now for this car, maybe I’ll lose out? Ya never know.

I hear ya, but the fact is the entire extended warranty industry is based on the certainty that customers are going pay in way more than they will receive in claims. As you noted, it's a crap shoot - with long odds against the customer.

Mid Atlantic dealers are all at least 6-7K off of loaded '24's now. Plenty in stock.

Totally depends... I recently bought a loaded 24' GT... I love the car and plan on keeping it for 5 years + .... I typically don't buy warranties, but in this case it made sense for me. I bought it directly from Ford when I signed papers. It was about 5K but covers everything beyond the standard warranty.

I think the answer relies on how long you plan to keep your car! Your mileage may vary - you may never need it, or the warranty can pay for itself in one repair....especially with all of the tech.

you overpaid about 3K. Call granger ford and get a price. then cancel yours for a refund and buy from them. they all sell the same warranty but don't charge the same prices. do some homework first to save a lot of money.

I hit nothing! The car is pristine. I have an opportunity to buy a piece of real estate. Lol
