2 things I notice is forged connecting rods in the DH not in the GT. 307 CI not 302? Has this been a 307 CI since gen 1 coyote?

I think all Mustangs have steel front fenders except the GT-350 have aluminum and the GT-500’s are plastic composite.
My 2016 has aluminum fenders. The doors and trunk are steel though. IDK about the roof on coupes as I have a convertible.

Both engines have forged con rods. The alloy and forging is different in the DH. Not something noticeable or even necessary as the engines are basically identical. One would presume the DH engine is a precursor to a forced induction version. On the other hand, the DH doesn’t have forged pistons which are usually present in FI motors. Who knows? Could also just be good old marketing BS. Marketing in the digital era has done a remarkable job are convincing people to buy things they don’t need by inflating the signifance of minor differences.
