I wonder if Ford saw all of us Dark Horse owners adding boost and thought "We'd like to get MORE of that money up front so let's do a factory Whipple and call it the Dark Horse SC".

This way they take money away from the Dealerships and it goes to Ford Corporate as they bolt on the SC at the end of the assembly line?

Roots blown 5.2L just like the s550 GT500? 800+ hp? DCT? I'm sure there will be no 6MT option. If it is the most track capable then it's going to be in CFTP category at minimum on price -> $94K to $125K.

I'd guess a CFTP will run north of $135k.

All of them
I’m sure it’ll be a helluva car in terms of capability and performance, but this new trend Ford is trying to push with the Mustang is missing the mark in my opinion. Give the people what they want, a Cobra or Boss variant. And if they're going to introduce a new name to the lineup, give it a different platform that has either twin turbos, AWD, or a hybrid V8.

I am now mentally preparing myself for disappointment lol

Also this currently bugs me. Hopefully seeing more images and video it will look better

It’s on the story of their mustang account

Also more photoshops for the new dark horse variant

That front angle looks significantly better in my opinion, but unfortunately the proportions are incorrect relative to the actual spy shots we've seen.

I knew I couldn't have been the only one seeing it.

Exactly. I feel like Jim Farley kind of does what he wants...."GTD" and doesn't really listen to the people. I really don't get them trying to push this whole Dark Horse moniker. Watch it be a SC 5.0. Even if it get's the 5.2, it's basically getting a 5 year old engine that's been used in 3 other platforms already.

Agreed. Stop shoving the Dork Horse name down our throats. Its lame and boring. Especially when you have Boss, Cobra, and Mach 1 in your storied history. I dont understand Ford's strategy here at all.
