NOCO for the win. For a battery maintainer/tender, you don't need anything more than 1A, maybe 2A at most. For $30, you can get a NOCO 1A maintainer that does standard flooded, AGM, and lithium batteries. The 2A version is $50. Both can be left connected 24/7/365.

It worked great to recondition my lawn mower battery, very useful.
