That’s an interesting response. Who knows, the sales person may be wrong. If you were to do it off somewhere like Discount Tire, chances are they are going to tongue to 150lbs.

2015-2023 = 150 lb/ft
Check out the aggressive wheel/tire thread on the S550 site to get some ideas. Some are running 325 on the rear. Are you running wide for looks or performance? Also, not all manufacturers' tires are the same size width, despite what the sidewall says; Continentals tend to run a little narrower...
