Thanks. So, this problem has been around for a long time. Sad that Ford won't either explain why it's there or acknowledge the problem.
It's not a problem in the S550, it's open below so debris doesn't get stuck. The structure at that point is different for some reason.

As I don't have my S650 (Yet), I'm having a hard time seeing much of a difference in the pictures except for the ones with the deflector installed. Bottom line, if I can't get my dealer to PING Ford on this issue, I will definitely be purchasing and installing the fix that @diyvan.com has produced.

Why does it seem like the S550 Crowd is down on the S650 crowd? Haven't witnessed the other way around, but could be happening also. I've heard it all from so-called design flaws to the S650 coming up short on performance, blah, blah, blah. Almost like listening to the Ford -vs Chevy -vs- Dodge saga, which obviously will never end. But the Brotherhood/Sisterhood I thought was better than that while playing in their own sandbox. I currently own a Gen 1 and a Gen 7, but have owned 5 total and just wondering what the deal supposedly is?
Iā€™m better, no youā€™re not, am too, prove it, canā€™t, why not, just got here, oh - hey how yu do ā€˜ing ā€¦.

Iā€™ve got nothing but love for my 24 from S550 owners and older versions in person. Maybe itā€™s internet people having nothing better to do.

The one thing that seems to unite S650 and S550 Coyote owners is many from both S650 and S550 camp seem to think the VooDoo in the GT350s is an unreliable ticking time bomb lol

I think there was a thread just a few days ago that framed Shelby owners as old boomers obsessed with a dead guy who has nothing to do with modern Shelbys - oh and the Shelby name is irrelevant and no one cares about it anymore lol

Sorry ramblings from an old man caught in the past....

Screw all you S550 and S650 Coyote owners....my car is better! now get off my lawn!!

yeah but you own a Roush.
Oh my truck? lol actually I really like the Coyote - I specifically looked for a truck that had a Coyote even though its slower then then 3.5 EcoBoost motor- just so I could hear that motor

Im at the point in my life where I care more about how something sounds vs. outright speed- hence why I own a 350 and not a 500....own a Coyote and not a 3.5 F150 - it just so happened the only 5.0 F150 I could find happened to be a Roush

I had a 19 PP1 A10 Mustang before the 350- and with the exhaust on my truck- brings back memories of that car

In all honesty- if I didnt have my 350R - I would probably buy a Dark Horse - grabber blue -
@roket in my opinion has done the best build I have seen on a Dark Horse so far...

As much as I love Blue Ember- I love Grabber Blue more

Anyone else feel like the GT/GT Performance S650s are constantly getting overshadowed by the Dark Horse?
