Exhaust Tip on DH Driver Side Looks Misaligned

They are welded on. Not at easy fix for the dealer.
The tips are poorly lined up and welded from the factory.
Mine look the same as OP, probably also after the H pipe/res delete install. The performance shop that installed my SC will also install the stop the hop kit later this month. They will probably fix this for free, if it's an easy fix. If they are welded on, you would assume that this is a factory "defect", and not an issue with the H pipe/res delete install?

There are two separate issues.

One - the tips themselves are welded poorly and often not symmetrical from the factory.

Two - when you disconnect the axle back portion of the exhaust to do a mod-pipe, the weight of the muffler causes the whole thing to rotate and sag. Many shops do this too quickly and dont readjust as needed when putting it back together. Its not uncommon to put a jack under the mufflers to get them rotated back properly and then tack weld the joints so they don't come loose and sag again.
