  1. Just got a recall 2024 Mustang - 26C40 ENGINE HARNESS GROUND EYELET REPLACEMENT

Service advisor told me the same thing. Aside, the grounds that I can easily spot look intact--but not an area of expertise.
  2. Dark Horse- rear view mirror vibration

Yup. In my 24 DH and in my 26. Also in my GT 500/350, Super Snake, and at least one of two GTs.
  3. Whipple Stage 1 Recommendations

OP, didn't mean to hijack your thread. Ride/ride height seems to be something of an ongoing concern, particularly for those with whipples.
  4. Whipple Stage 1 Recommendations

Copy all. Life hasn't been bad to me, I'm just reluctant to fully participate in my moderate good fortune.
  5. Whipple Stage 1 Recommendations

I like my 19s...and, I may be wrong, but I thought the DH spring rate was something like 214 (I could be misplacing by brain cells on that one). BMR did reach out to me and they do have a heavier spring--but they come with a drop. But, that in concert with the Steeda spacer kit might be what I'm...
  6. Whipple Stage 1 Recommendations

Agree with @MCS and being rather circumspect in one's consideration of dealers. That said, the same dealer from whom I bought my recent DH also did the install of my SC. Pricey, but they did it in just over a day. They did forget to reinstall about 6 screws in my splitter--but they are fixing...
  7. How (dangerously) stretched would a 275/35R19 tire be on a 19x11 wheel (my DH w/HP)

Yup...won't be for a bit. Taking a rather long road trip, but will be just about time when I'm back to test fit those 275/35s.
  8. Want do you want in the 2028 Mustang

Most of what's already been covered (e.g., homelink visor), plus : 1. Matte carbon fiber center console--especially that area just beneath the e-brake, which seems to scratch too easily and doesn't seem to take well to cleaning. 2. Physical environmental controls 3. HUD 4. More control over...
  9. How (dangerously) stretched would a 275/35R19 tire be on a 19x11 wheel (my DH w/HP)

It does leave the rim exposed. Not so concerned with the aesthetics, nor the possibility of damaging the wheel. Most of my winters are a tiny bit stretched--but I've never run the absolute min width of a three-peak tire. In any case, my shop is going to fit them for me so I can get feel for how...
  10. S650 Magneride unlocked by DSC Sport Controller ❗️

I had to register for S650 updates: https://www.dscsport.com/pages/mustang-s650-controller-coming-soon?view=mustangs650
  11. How (dangerously) stretched would a 275/35R19 tire be on a 19x11 wheel (my DH w/HP)

Yeh, I can appreciate that concern; it's one I've heard reiterated quite a bit. Nonetheless, I've gone multiple seasons just swapping tires to no discernable detriment to my wheels, their condition or performance. That said, over the years, I've used both solutions...really, neither any...
  12. 26C40/26V547 - Recall - Engine harness ground eyelet replacement

Looks like my engine harness ground eyelet need replacing, too.
  13. How (dangerously) stretched would a 275/35R19 tire be on a 19x11 wheel (my DH w/HP)

The Vredestein winter tire specs agree with you; that is, 9.5 is the ideal measured rim width. I'm sure the tire would do well in the range you suggest. However, the Vredestein Wintrac Pro+, which I've mounted stretched in the past on my RS3, M4, M2, and Supra, also state their acceptable range...
  14. How (dangerously) stretched would a 275/35R19 tire be on a 19x11 wheel (my DH w/HP)

I haven't heard that...but I have met a few over the years who could very well convince themselves that they only need winter-tire traction in the rear. Ugh.
  15. How (dangerously) stretched would a 275/35R19 tire be on a 19x11 wheel (my DH w/HP)

I'm not sure I follow. I'm currently running to stock trofeo rs tires. I will switch to A/S once they are done. However, I always run 3PMSF in the winter (having lived in CT, ND, DC, CO, etc, winter tires are just part of my DNA). Apologize if I missed the intent of your question.
  16. How (dangerously) stretched would a 275/35R19 tire be on a 19x11 wheel (my DH w/HP)

@JPGC_S650, as with most days when I realize how much I don't know (a perpetual state for me), I learned something new. In any case, thanks a bunch for the insight--and to everyone else (@Dave2013M3, @robvas, @D/\rK•650) for teaching me something. My day is officially done! Cheers, Mike
  17. How (dangerously) stretched would a 275/35R19 tire be on a 19x11 wheel (my DH w/HP)

Ugh, what a dork--I've never actually checked that (at all, ever, in my life!). My winter tire of choice (and I've gone through a bunch of brands over the years) is Vredestein Wintrac Pro+. Their stated rim range is 9-11" for the tire to perform as designed. Their measuring rim width is 9.5...
  18. How (dangerously) stretched would a 275/35R19 tire be on a 19x11 wheel (my DH w/HP)

Yeh, was thinking the same thing. Not sure I care all that much. Maybe I'm just being cheap--wanting to use up a set of Winters that I would otherwise have no use for.
  19. How (dangerously) stretched would a 275/35R19 tire be on a 19x11 wheel (my DH w/HP)

Yup, ran the same search. So, I was looking to see if anyone had any experience. I know that tire size is the min limit. I've run min limit configs in the past, but not on the DH.
