So these are two different things in one thread, since they both are about the lighting.

1. I find it very annoying that the car always starts with Auto Lights On. My Mustang is parked in the garage, so this means the headlights go on, no matter what setting you have your car in, because the sensor senses that it's dark, so all the lights go on when turning the car on. I don't want to use the headlights unneccessary because after driving out of the garage, it's light and sunny. I feel like wearing the headlights out quicker when doing so. I don't want to use my headlights when It's not dark yet. On my other cars, I can choose auto or non-auto before everything comes on. I wish there is a forscan setting to change this.

2. I have a feeling that my DRL is dimmed when parked and fully bright when driving. When I park the car and the engine is still running, and I look at my DRL, they look very dimmed. When I'm driving, and the car in front of me is very clean, it looks like from the reflection of the car in front of me that my DRL are super bright. Is this true or am I hallucinating?

My DRLs turn off completely when in park. I'm guessing that Ford is trying to prolong the life of the DRLs. I've noticed that over the years that a lot of DRLs start to fade, or turn yellowish over time with constant use.

That's strange. I know that the European Mustangs have these settings on, but the NA Mustangs stay on when in Park. At least my Canadian Mustang stays on when in Park. Any other US Mustang can confirm what his does in Park?

Edit:
I found out why. You drive your car on Auto headlight mode or the low beam mode.
When putting it in Park, the DRL goes off.
I drive in DRL mode and when putting it in Park it dims.

I found it. The DRL are at 100% when driving and at 10% when parked.

726-38-01xx**xxxxxx--DRL_Ckt_FixedBright_DutyCycle_Cfg (DRLCFBDCC) • Percent = Hex2Dec(64) • Range: 0 - 100
726-38-01xxxx**xxxx--DRL_Ckt_FixedDim_DutyCycle_Cfg (DRLCFDDCC) • Percent = Hex2Dec(0A) • Range: 0 - 100

This is the calculation: Percent = Hex2Dec(**)
When driving: 64 in hexadecimal = 100 in decimal
When parked: 0A in hexadecimal = 10 in decimal

This makes total sense. If you want to higher the brightness of your DRL when parked to 100%, change 0A to 64. You can also make it whatever percetage you want from 0 to 100.

64 =100%
5A = 90%
4B =75%
32 = 50%
19 = 25%
0A =10%

I tried this and it did not work. Drls are still dim in DRL mode regardless if I’m parked or moving. Any suggestions?
