That is some hardcore DIY
What do you suggest in the case when the clips make noise like a baby rattle?
Maybe something is lost in translation, but my post was strong praise for your work and results. I do not have any suggestions and would have been scared to death to try what you did to your car.

I had the same problem with the driver's side screen.
I noticed if I pulled it out just a bit towards me, the noise stopped.
I solved the issue by wedging a couple of Furniture Leverlers between the screen and the dashboard.
These are small rubber wedges that easily slip in and provide just enough tension to stop the noise.
Got them on Amazon.

Hi! I had a nasty noise coming from the front all the time. I removed the display and found that some of the clips had a few millimeters of play. After taping them up and applying gun oil, I installed the monitor back and now the car is quiet.

It’s not very tough taking stuff apart.
I can do that.
I just can’t put it back together.

everything is fine:) There is nothing complicated there, really. You just need to cross that line where all that's left is to act.

this means that your clips are dangling. And the success of your solution means that you moved them to the side, or more precisely diagonally upwards. The solution works, with one nuance - this solution is temporary, since the clips are inserted into plastic, which is deformed and is now constantly under tension. Sooner or later they will start rattling again, but only stronger.

I went a step further, my rattle was the actual plastic clamshell for the displays tapping against the front bezel. Pop the display out like normal for the clips, then remove all the Torx screws and pop the plastic off. I added a bit of neoprene foam: AMGSH Sponge Neoprene with Adhesive Foam Rubber Sheet 1/8” Thick X 12” Wide X 24” Long, Padding Gaskets,Crafts for Weather proofing or Stripping DIY Gasket or Sealing Material: Amazon.com: Industrial & Scientific that I used for sound deadening around the car and poped it back together. It's a snug fit but there is NO rattle

Hopefully Detroit is listening. Though not difficult, WHY in 2025 should buyers be forced to settle to a breaking point? Dealers don't care and not everyone is secure in their abilities. I'm hoping 2026 is a turning point for the s650 as it relates to quality control.

You all must not have the B&O package. I would have just turned up the radio. A little Van Halen will fix that rattle.
Track Mode setting for AE solves a lot of problems for me. LOL !
