I have the RAH performance lids. $199. They don't have the ridiculous badging like the Corsas. Very well made. I go to car meets regularly and people compliment them all the time.

do you know if these lids work on the factory air box with KN filters by chance? They do look neat.

Also, any chance you guys noticed any extra performance with these filters at all? Trying to decide if I want these white ones with the clear lids since they are on special right now or opt for the KN filters with the clear lids. I will save about 75 bucks if I go with these white filters over the KN's...

I decided to go with the clear lids and the stock Ford filters. The stock filters are $13 bucks at RockAuto. As you can see I fitted mine with filterwear covers. The sleeves come in a few color choices so take your pick. Their hand wash / soapy water. Early on bought 4 Ford filters, 6 oil filters and three cases of motorcraft full syn oil. Even with shipping it was well below what I would pay buying locally or directly from Ford. If you really want an aftermarket filter, I'd probably go with the Steedas Dry or AFe Pro dry. K&N prioritizes airflow and AFe prioritizes filtration. If you buy washable aftermarket filters you have to buy two sets so you can wash and let them dry, and still have a fresh set to go on the car. The sleeves dry way more quickly. You could probably shoot them with air and put them back on in 10 minutes. I probably won't have to buy anything for over a year or more. Even though I drive my car year around, I don't put that much mileage on it.

PS, I left my carbon traps in, but if you want to take yours out I'm sure it'll be fine. The clear lids are dimensionally identical to the OEM black lids in every way.
