Is it possible to change MPH to KPH in Forescan?

Canadian cars come with KPH programmed
USA cars come in MPH programmed

In the settings menu you can change the MPH car into KPH but you will always have MPH visible below the KPH which makes the screen look too busy.

Does anybody know if you can change the US version into the Canadian/European one in Forescan?

You’d think the computer would be smart enough to know where it’s at, especially since it can read speed limit signs.

No I'm not talking about speed sign recognition.
I'm talking about changing the dash from the imperial to the metric system.

And i’m saying if it can read it should be smart enough to know where it’s at, gps and all.

The car also should be smart enough to self drive and to fly.
That would make it a plane. Point being if it’s smart enough to read signs and is capable of knowing where it’s at it should be smart enough to display for the locale it finds itself in, not like they are physical gauges, it’s software.
