Yeah, that's a pretty old video that we've seen before. Most likely it was just a Bullitt they were using as a base for the test prototype.

Ford used some S550 mules for the new Mustang, you can easily see the Gen 6 interior and some Gen 6 exterior features like the old tribars. They were just some technical tests in the old chassis.
