Yours at ramp 5m in New Boston?

No. As of yesterday, it was at the railyard near the local dealer waiting to be unloaded from the rail car.

I just checked now and the status is unknown.

Ford moved my Mustang from ramp 53 over to a place called TDM automobile storage right next to the railway lines north of Flat Rock. I’m tracking it’s location on the FordPass app. It’s supposed to be in Houston in about two weeks they say. That about right for railway travel time?

Well in conversation with the Florida call center (they give you a ton of information, call after 6 pm est), min went to Dearborn for engine analysis on 7/21/23. On 8/29/23 it went back to flat rock, released to shipper for delivery later in the month.

How do you get a hold of the Florida call-center?

Call 1-800-334-4375 in evening, usually after 6, that when all calls get routed there I think.

My ETA got pushed back as well. Ford chat isn’t even giving me the location of where it is, just that it’s “in transit” since 8/21. Likely still waiting to be put on a rail car in New Boston. Nearly 2 weeks of ford telling me me car is “shipped” “in transit” and “on its way” but my vehicle hasn’t even been loaded to a rail car.

That’s the same thing they keep telling me but said it’s last known location was Oakwood, Mi.

Same. Honestly ford has got the rest of this month to figure out their shit. I’ll just buy a low mileage ZL1 . Sitting in melvindale since 8/18

Mines in Winston Salem, NC at the Norfolk yard. New ETA of 9/5 to 9/18. 2.5 hrs from my dealer so..

My guess is this coming week.
