Break In Oil - change at 500mi or at 1,000mi?

Only problem is, Ford no longer recommends anything for break in... So, everybody is doing it wrong (or right)... just drive it like a car.

Yes I saw that, very surprising. But that's what's best, driving it normally. But one mans normal is another mans f'n lunatic.
I tend to do what my bike manufacturers recommended, raising the rev limit in stages. Like 4000 rpm up to 500km, then 8000 until 1000kms.

I changed at 1k. I'll change every 3-5k going forward. Using motorcraft full synthetic. I have a catch can and oil is cheap insurance. Car should be fine.
