This is what I have check
ground wire good check it in 2 spots no ground noise
Ran all wires separate from each other
Power wire ran all by itself
Swap LC2i converters
Even took both rears speakers for input to converter.
made an extra ground on converter to chassis
Upgraded ground wire from battery to chassis
Looked everywhere for ANC except back deck lid
The mic by the front lamp light is the one for the phone speaker for talking
It makes the noise while in park just reving up to 1500 rpm the bass noise starts at 1500 to 2000 then gone after that. I can cruise doing 60 and no noise
Even put a ground wire on the RCAs
Adjusted the little screw on the side of the converter
Played music without iPhone still does it
Played music with iPhone still does
Turned off all audio still does it

I am officially LOST unless there is a ANC somewhere that I’m not tracking
There isn’t one in the headliner that’s for sure like I mention above the only place I didn’t check was the back lid

And this is the post that saved the day, but with a few caveats.

I picked up this bad boy from your friendly online retailer, and first loaded these drivers to get my tuning laptop to recognize the CH340 chipset on the ELM327. Once that was all set, I managed to load the Forscan software from here, and got a license from here in under 10 mintues. The whole process was pretty painless, and my wife and I enjoyed joking that my "foreskin" was arriving soon, and it would help fix my car audio system; mother-in-law was indeed perplexed.

The tricky bit was a lot of inconsistent information on what to modify in the ANC module. The ELM327 was able to load most modules, despite the warnings of its "inferiority", including the car audio modules, and the ANC in particular. Once in, and this is for the marbles. the correct code adjustment is:

"727-01-01 xxxx xYxx xxxx",

where Y is the number you change from something other than 1 to the number 1. In my case, I changed a 2 to a 1, and by gosh by golly, it nuked the ANC and now 1800 - 2000 RPM is quiet and peaceful again, except for the bass I order up through the Head Unit.

For shits and giggles, I'm running a line out converter I soldered onto my exposed rear speaker terminals under the decklid into a JL RD1000/1 driving two JL 12W3v3-4 subs wired in parallel, with an RCA cable from the LOC to the amp. Was worried I had dirty ground or interference from power cable, but it was just the Ford ANC "helping" me all along...
