I was trying to figure out how the ANC bypass harness works, but there's not much info. I did find this installation pdf on the Crutchfield site for the Axxess ANC-FDH3 ANC Bypass Harness:
https://pdf.crutchfieldonline.com/ImageBank/v20250430155300/Manuals/120/120ANCFDH3.PDF
I had the audio shop install it, the plug goes behind the AC Vents in the middle at the audio control Module , so there is some disassembly required . I only got to play it for a little bit before I put it back in the storage garage but I think it made the engine noise go away . The issue I am having now is a lot of trunk rattle and the bass is overpowering the rest of the speakers when I crank it up . I had an Lc2i installed , with a harness that taps into the stock B&O subwoofer . The amp Is a Rockford Fosgate Power T1500 with Rockford Fosgate T1D12 speakers on a ported box . I will eventully upgrade the other speakers and add a Mobridge DSP/ amp to power them . I will post pictures of this weekend when I pick up the car.

So I finally got a chance to listen to the system with the new amp and subs.
I do believe the anc harness worked, no odd noises from my speakers.
The audio shop used a t harness to tap into the factory sub. Only issue with this is that it is not a full range signal , so the sub frequency is at whatever B&O set it at. It does sound really good, but a full range input might sound better if I wanted to set the crossover on the amp closer to 100 . Second issue which is not a big deal is the Amps RMS wattage is over 1800 ,my subs are rated at 800 watts RMS each, the bass is too much for the B&O system, so I have to keep the level lower with the bass knob. I will be replacing the rest of the speakers and swapping the B&O dsp/amp with Mobridge Dsp/amp ,this will match the output on the subs.
The factory subwoofer still operational.
The Amp and Lc2i are located in the tire compartment, and I had the subs bolted down so they dont shift back when I'm doing a pull. Overall I am very happy.
A couple pics below.
