Access Accessory Mode

This may be a stupid question, but how do you access the "Accessory Mode" in the Mustang (more specifically with a manual) or is hitting the Engine Start button twice considered "Accessory Mode"?

In other vehicles though, accessory mode turns on only accessories. In my 2024 Honda Odyssey, pushing the Engine Start button without holding down the brake DOES turn on Accessory Mode. It even says it in the driver’s HUD. In the Mustang, pushing the Engine Start button without holding the brake or clutch, the driver’s HUD and HVAC come on. If I push it again, it turns the driver’s HUD and HVAC off, but leaves everything else on (I assume this is considered “accessory mode”).

So, my question is, is it just the opposite for this vehicle? My last Ford vehicle was a 2017 Ford F-150 with a turn key and had three positions: Off, Accessories, and On. I don‘t know if newer Fords act the same as the Mustang as I do not have access to one.
