Thing of adding a Supercharger to my 24 GT. Looking thru the installation manuals for both the Roush and the Whipple, how are they getting 800+ HP by only upgrading the injectors and Fuel Rails. I spoke to a Whipple Tech he said no Boost-A-Pump or Fuel Pump upgrade needed. On Fords Parts website it looks like 18 and up 5.0's all have the same Fuel Pump Part number. My 18 GT with Edelbrock Stage 2 Included a Boost-A-Pump. Is there something I'm Missing?

No BAP for stage 2 stock pulley, you want E30 or pulley down a few BAP is a must.
You get bigger injectors with the kit

I definitely trapped 142 before BAP on 93/boostane, it’s making the sauce!

I get the ever increasing want for supercharging and speed. It's fun.

Not to sound naive though but where do you people with SC's, use that power besides race tracks? No, I'm not an undercover cop.

I'm a risk taker but really using that much power on a public road sounds like good places would be few and far between and kind of sketchy. Educate me..... No, don't always obey speed limits (seldom in fact). Thanks, FD

@Frogdog1

Bro… off idle low rpm cruising the car probably makes 200 more ft lbs of torque… and it’s useable as hell in traffic and just cruising around town

it has the grunt of a big block AND…. I was just cruising up the freeway knocking down 24-25mpgs in 10th… in a car that makes probably 850 wheel

Thanks for the enlightenment. I can see that would be nice to have and use in that context.

And, BTW, I am not a "Bro". My handle is very visible. Thanks, I just hate that term.

@86pagt ...... don't disagree with your opinion and I do get @Frogdog1 question. I have owned supercharged cars and boats. Nice? Yes......but you have to be ready for other upgrades to handling and superchargers are hard on all components of a vehicle. Plus the re-sale is $hit as everyone knows what you were doing with the vehicle. Does my 2024 GT have plenty of power for me? Yes - more than enough to get into all kinds of trouble. Each to his own and respect all members' decisions is my rule.
