Ford gives dealers a finite number of allocations. In a given month a dealer might not have enough allocations vs. the number of orders received, which would delay scheduling for some of them. It's usually more of an issue for high demand vehicles like the Bronco and Maverick when they first came out, but a dealer that didn't sell many Mustangs last year might be in that situation.Guess Ford is randomizing factory allocations!
