Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 4ā¦..315/30/20 rear and 275/35/20 front. Fills the fender gap visually without lowering. No rubbing. Rides great. Traction is better than expected coming from the Pirelli. Have had the Pilot Sport 4S on other cars but wanted longer life with better wet capabilities...
Watching the Apple WWDC 2025 for a bit this afternoon. Interesting to watch the Carplay Ultra portion. Not sure I want the dash portion (instrument panel), but interested to see how they start integrating the traditional controls such as climate. We can always cross our fingers to have the...
I donāt have any practical experience with Dynamat. How is the stereo sound quality? Is it keeping the sound in or just reducing road noise? What does it do for the exhaust sound in the cabin?
This is false. Tariffs come on parts, assemblies, materials, etc. Most were already in place but there have been several new ones / increases this year.
That is only on the direct tariffs. That doesnāt cover the ones that are indirect such as the tariffs consumed transportation services...
@Cool66 I really do hope you get what you are looking for. I spent 8 years working for Ford on the Power Stroke diesel side and if history is an indicator they will just stop selling / offering it. Will it make money? That is a pass or fail moment. Then everything has to go through lawyers...
Donāt disagree.
But just because someone markets it means it will work. Reflashing from Ford will come down to what it costs to get an EPA cert. That is very costly for both the fee paid to the EPA and internal labor cost from Fordās pocket. I would estimate the overall cost to Ford at...
Few observations.
1. Ford Performance does not offer a radiator. You bought and converted your non PP car to a PP radiator.
2. Ford Performance does offer an oil cooler. Assuming this is the one that you bought it specifically states it is a āservice replacementā and not an upgrade /...
Thatās a good question. š This freak I guess.
Iāve never had one on a vehicle so I thought I would put it in a jar I had around and see what it was actually catching. In the end it amazing how much oil it is capturing.
This is just under 11 tablespoons of oil (160ml). Thatās 25,000 miles / 11 tablespoons of oil = 2,272 miles per tablespoon. Same as your description of what it should be.
Yes. You can pull it off the UPR site as well. Attached is from their site that I referenced above, but I recommend making sure it is the right one for your application.
To give some additional context to how much oil my car is catching. This is an accumulation of all the oil out of my catch can at 25k it has been on my car since approx 250 miles.
I have the UPR can. I see it not as a filter, but as a screen. The screen knocks the oil out of the air flow and helps capture it in the canister. If it was a filter, it would hold it. You are dealing with a liquid and while oil can build up a residue, it would take years and years to make...
They need to be replaced.
On your thoughts about stocking the parts. This is the world I live it. Once managed the largest Ford parts department in the nation. Now manage / oversee 40 heavy truck dealerships (parts departments). Typical stocking requirements for a non OEM managed inventory...
This is quite the endeavor to pull off a factory look. I am intrigued. Try some model paint for figurines. Not car models, but rather something like Dungeons and Dragons. There are quite a few game stores in the Phoenix area.
Itās the only way you are going to get it. Unless you want to learn how to use Forscan or find a forum member to assist. It is a fairly straight forward modification. The price isnāt bad as you are just paying for the time (labor).
@Sainty FDRS wont do this. It will only update modules.
I donāt have the answer for that. For someone else that may try to to help you, what electronics do you behind the cover? Mine has everything, so I donāt know what the model breakdowns end up being.
I agree that it is a bug that is unresolved. But also have their weird feeling that when an update has freshly installed it takes time to process everything (no idea how long it lasts) even through it is displaying and functioning somewhat normal. Just a thought.
My guess is you donāt want to pay for a monthly subscription which would probably include all your current music as well as music you would want (and donāt want).
I recommend transferring your music over from iTunes to your Android. They are several programs that can do that for you. Then you...
