Otherwise, I would start by hitting it with a small torch to break up the loctite. Then drill a small hole in the bolt and get a bolt extractor in there. Then clean the threads up and put your new bolt...

The point of changing it at say 500 or 1000 miles is you're getting all the crap in the oil out instead of letting it stay in there until 2500
