(I'm guessing that if they shut the runs down at 6500 they were doing them in 7th gear and hitting the factory speed limiter)
You're not getting fresh air when you're stopped. You're getting hot air from the pavement/engine bay
wrap it watch your air temps remain the same. It's not heating up in a plastic tube when it's going through there at 100mph
What engine builder would suggest you use synthetic on a new engine?
it's not that it won't break in, it just what's the best way to do it?
they also don't tell you to change the oil until the OLM goes off in a year or whenever.
New also cars don't bed the brake pads in like they tell you to...

I still find it hilarious that when the S650 came out, they were dynoing 440hp stock and 'MADE SO MUCH MORE POWER THAN GEN3'
Now they are magically doing 400hp baselines...
They sell two versions of the tune oackage
power adder version if you have a supercharger and then a naturally aspirated version one is $750. The other is 300 and something.
and then you need to add the 400 bucks for the HP tuners device and then 100 and something bucks for an additional E85...
