  3. Trickle charger recommendation for winter storage.

IMO if you are storing it for the winter, and don't plan on starting it up every other week, I would disconnect the battery from the car and then connect the battery tender to the battery. Better yet, bring the battery in the house.
  4. Startup after sitting LONG / Oil pressure

Been a thing since gen 1. And even the 32V Cobras before that
  5. Problems with Dark Horse going Dead

Parasitic draw or something. Have the dealer take a look at it. When they can't figure it out find a good stereo/electronics shop that can diagnose it.
  6. What do I do with my BAMA tune

The tune is useless Are you talking about a tuning device? If you have the SCT/Bama tuner you can sell it (not sure if you can use it to datalog on an S650)
  7. Winter storage

Common sense. If you're parking it for 3-6 months (depends how long your winter is) just disconnect the battery They tell you to disconnect the battery in their instructions as well. It just makes zero sense to start it every two weeks. They also don't mention fuel stabilizer at all. If...
  8. Winter storage

That's only for people who don't properly store a car. They'll go to start it after three months and it'll be dead and they'll call the dealer looking for help.
  9. Winter storage

Why? Cold starts are bad. If you're not going to let the car get to operating temp for a bit don't even touch it.
  10. RockAuto no longer ships to AZ

Depends on what you buy or how much etc For some parts rock auto is so much cheaper the shipping doesn't matter But for a lot of other stuff like oil filters it doesn't make sense unless you're ordering a bunch of them. I'll order two for each of my cars and other cars I work on (my moms car...
  11. Mr Jim Farley - Hear Me Out...

Turbo V6 in a small car would be a bear to work on Give me an inline 4 (or 5 😱) all day
  12. Mr Jim Farley - Hear Me Out...

If they made a smaller sports car, using the 2.3 EB would be a crime. I would want a high RPM 4 cylinder not that tractor engine.
  13. Naturally Aspirated S650 60-130

Come on guys. This car is all over the internet. Steeda's S650 was battling it for the record. They talk about it in this video: Check out Steeda's NA build here. There's more to it than headers and air filters. https://www.steeda.com/2024-mustang-gt-drag-car Boschma's posted the car here...
  14. Chip tuning for s650 GT

Here's how you know this thing is 100% bullshit: They have a device for EVERY CAR No tuning company worth their salt can cover that many vehicles 'Installs in 60 seconds' Generic ass increases in mpg and horsepower. +40hp! Increased mpg! It just plugs into your OBD port. They are not...
  15. Mickey Thompson ET Street S/S Tires - these any good?

You're going to put that giant tire on your Mustang?
  16. How Much HP Can a BAP Support

Combustion starts in the cylinder head and goes out the exhaust. Coolant temperature comes (partially) from heat in the cylinder heads. There are also people that say things like running e85 will cool the exhaust so you don't have worry about the stock cats when supercharged.
  17. How Much HP Can a BAP Support

I'm always a skeptic without data. I have heard people talk about overheating on the road course and some people chime in with 'run e85 it runs a lot cooler'. And all you seem to hear are anecdotes like "I switched to E85 and my fans don't even come on anymore..." To add to the mix, the HP gain...
