It's better than paying another $50k on top of that for anything Shelby of America sells!
  2. Savagegeese: Corvette ZR1 vs Mustang GTD vs Porsche 911 GT3RS | Crowning The King

Update from the Corvette world, the $110k 535hp Grand Sport was only 1.1 second behind the GTD on this course
  3. Dark Horse SC in Richmond VA at Richmond Ford West $176,000 ($71k in options)

  4. Dark Horse SC in Richmond VA at Richmond Ford West $176,000 ($71k in options)

23-30k isn't low mileage for a 2023? That's what, 8k miles a year? Looking at 2023 Broncos there are a ton of 70 and 60k mileage examples for sale. So 20-30k miles is low mileage. We're not looking for a 4k car that's never been driven. Any tuner will tell you to expect 100whp less than he's...
  5. Dark Horse SC in Richmond VA at Richmond Ford West $176,000 ($71k in options)

And? The closest one to me for sale is MSRP $94,175, it has about $12k in options (metallic paint, painted hard top, leather buckets, appearance package). Base MSRP is $80,990 so once you add in the options and destination that all makes sense. It'd be $104k before the price cuts last year...
  6. Dark Horse SC in Richmond VA at Richmond Ford West $176,000 ($71k in options)

They dropped 60-70k in value from MSRP? Ouch You're talking about the Bronco Raptor that wasn't selling so Ford dropped the price $10k on?
  7. Dark Horse SC in Richmond VA at Richmond Ford West $176,000 ($71k in options)

It shouldn't increase, should it? It's the price difference between the GT and the GT500 of the same years. Basically how much more you pay to upgrade. Nothing to do with the prices of the previous years. Used to be 43% higher now it's 55% higher
  8. Dark Horse SC in Richmond VA at Richmond Ford West $176,000 ($71k in options)

Prices of the (top model) GT500/DHSC vs the base GT and the 'special' model, and how much of an increase it is to go to the price of the top model
  9. Dark Horse SC in Richmond VA at Richmond Ford West $176,000 ($71k in options)

Still sounds sketchy even with the IC, especially on a MD. Anything over 750 is suspect. Guys aren't even cracking 800 with a can of boostane. Just going by what other people are reporting with their stage 2 cars on (mostly) dynojets. Have you run it down the 1/4 or 60-130?
  10. Any truth to this 2027 BOSS rumor?

Can't imagine this being any more than a rumor. However let's look at a few things: GM has the LT6 in the Corvette Z06. 670hp, but only 8600 RPM. 90° V8 Displacement 5,463 cc (333.4 cu in) Cylinder bore 104.25 mm (4.104 in) Piston stroke 80 mm (3.1 in) The 5.2 in the GT350 has a...
  11. Dark Horse SC in Richmond VA at Richmond Ford West $176,000 ($71k in options)

Over 800 to the tires? Not without octane booster, ethanol, race gas, or some dyno shenanigans you didn't.
  12. Dark Horse SC in Richmond VA at Richmond Ford West $176,000 ($71k in options)

Still waiting for track times and not marketing fluff I'm saying that Bigfoot doesn't exist. You're saying Bigfoot exists. Ford also said Bigfoot doesn't exist. You're saying if you search Google for Bigfoot, it will return results. That doesn't make Bigfoot exist. I'm asking for an...
  13. Dark Horse SC in Richmond VA at Richmond Ford West $176,000 ($71k in options)

Why can't you just prove the point you're trying to make?
  14. Dark Horse SC in Richmond VA at Richmond Ford West $176,000 ($71k in options)

They aren't for track use. That's why you don't see them tested. Shelby didn't bother sending them out. They're garage furniture.
  15. Any truth to this 2027 BOSS rumor?

On YouTube There are some Mustangs on the dyno spinning to 9000 RPM, but they don't really sound that different. If you really want to hear something, look up a Holbrook engine or NMRA Mustang, those spin like 10 K.
  16. Dark Horse SC in Richmond VA at Richmond Ford West $176,000 ($71k in options)

Please point me to any independent testing of a Shelby modified Mustang where they take it around the track
  17. Dark Horse SC in Richmond VA at Richmond Ford West $176,000 ($71k in options)

Those are just bolt-on cars and won't beat a DH SC either. And RTR uses Nitto 555G2 tires  Ford said it themselves, "Shelby doesn't race."
  18. Oil weight in warmer climates

Doesn't say anything about cooling mods on the site https://www.hennesseyperformance.com/vehicles/mustang-gt-upgrade/
  19. Any truth to this 2027 BOSS rumor?

Maybe he thinks he's a Subaru owner
  20. Any truth to this 2027 BOSS rumor?

You already said stuff like "refinement". Meaningless. I'm not changing my argument. The very first thing I said was there wasn't any performance improvement over the previous models for the DH, SC, and GT. Not sure why you're taking it personally.
