  1. I want my s550 back.

Again, I ask how? What specifically reports this to "an insurance company" ? (because many of us would be without insurance were this prevalent/true). Data Ford releases to data warehouses isn't _driver_ specific. Best case, you can establish the owner of the vehicle and that does not...
  2. I want my s550 back.

How, exactly is the insurance company aware of your speed, much less the speed limit? Are you conceding to a vehicle monitoring dongle to save $$$ on insurance? If so, and please don't take this personally, that would be a very stupid decision. I have a close personal friend who is a...
  3. Instrument cluster inoperable

You can try a battery disconnect/reconnect. IIRC, there was a recall for this.
  4. Victim of a pothole :(

Make sure you check those wheels thoroughly. It's a good sign the lip appears in good shape, maybe your tires took the brunt of the impact.
  5. How much did you pay for a Dark Horse SC?

Honestly, if they're quoting you +10k, they sound like they're hedging. I'd tell them +6k - their "fee" + not having to go through BS and I'd bet they take it. ETA: That is, IF I'd be willing to abandon the work on my poverty 'just a whipple coyote' Dark Horse.
  6. Cabin air filter delete mod OP

42 (at least). "Kiddos are so sensitive these days" got hidden.
  7. Victim of a pothole :(

look at https://www.mustang7g.com/forums/threads/victim-of-a-pothole.176071/post-3504585, 2nd pic, just under the "P" in Pirelli. That looks like a crack formed in the wheel.
  8. Don't get hit by a turkey doing 70mph!

JAYZUS! I've seen worse but ... a Turkey!? I was riding a motorcycle on rt. 9 in WV, snaking through a town in a series of curves when a deer lept from up high, right into a minivan's windshield ~30mph. It was a God awful mess of blood everywhere. I'm glad y'all are ok. Lastly...

  10. Victim of a pothole :(

looks like the rear wheel is cracked. I wouldn't trust it, especially on a track.
  11. Victim of a pothole :(

Jayzus. A couple years ago I was driving the wife's Lincoln around San Antonio on I410 near 35. I was lining up to pass a slow mover when -- oops: Construction zone, so I back off, and about 2 or 3 seconds later I crater both driver's side wheels. We were going no faster than 60mph. TPMS...
  12. 10 Most Stolen Vehicles in the US

Wow! F series didn't make the top 10??? Only took, what .... 10, 11? years to address the comically easy to jack door handles.
  13. The 2026 Mustang Dark Horse SC outputs 795 Horsepower

Well, one more Jones' driving up the next year's MSRP.
  14. I will NOT be ordering a SC DH

Because the world needs more Ginger Mustangs?
  15. I will NOT be ordering a SC DH

At least be grateful Ford hasn't rolled out shelter baby vomit green to the Mustang.
  16. I will NOT be ordering a SC DH

You are bitter, and not the least bit afraid of anyone else knowing it. #Respect. I believe Race Red is very close to or equal to the Red Ducati uses. Which, coincidentally is identical to the shade that Toro uses - I had one of their snow blowers before I moved to a climate where humans...
  17. The 2026 Mustang Dark Horse SC outputs 795 Horsepower

I don't recall what the MSRP was on the last GT500 but I recall one of the locals was selling a blue, striped model at $109k. I don't know if they got it, but that's what they were asking. And just like the Raptor R, stealerships were tacking on anything they could think of to turn a profit...
  18. Just Registered for Dark Horse Track Attack

The bike riding experience will help a lot, not just looking through the turn, but taking the corners efficiently. The hardest part will be trusting the tires. They WILL stick. If you could get an auto x in before, it might give you a better idea what to expect from the car. Regardless...

Do you have any auto cross or track day experience? do you ride a motorcycle?
