  1. Parking Outside

Directly on the driveway in my case. Sorry, trying to not be too specific as I've been a little too personal here in the past. By the way, thank you to everyone who's shared advice here thus far!
  2. "Mach 4" 4-Door Mustang + Off-Road Baja Mustang models previewed at Ford dealers meeting!

Ooh, let's call the Mach-4 the "Meowstang" instead of "Mustang", then both the purists and the pro-sedan peeps can all be happy! PROBLEM SOLVED! 😖 (Sorry, I couldn't resist. This is clearly a joke!)
  3. Parking Outside

More so theft/damage than weather. I've heard that constantly putting on and taking off a car cover will scratch the car up more than just leaving it uncovered to the elements. I forgot to mention my vehicle/future vehicle is a daily driver.
  4. Parking Outside

For anyone who's owned a sports car of any kind, do you have any tips for if life circumstances require you to park outside at your residence? (i.e. not inside a garage or even under a roofed parking lot)
  5. "Mach 4" 4-Door Mustang + Off-Road Baja Mustang models previewed at Ford dealers meeting!

Going off topic for a bit...I'm a fan of the New Edge Mustangs (they're what got me in to Mustangs in the first place), what do you like and dislike about your Terminator Cobra?
  6. "Mach 4" 4-Door Mustang + Off-Road Baja Mustang models previewed at Ford dealers meeting!

I test drove two CT5s yesterday. I'm not sure if it's considered a compact or midsize sedan, but I was pretty impressed by it, particularly the one with the V6. It sounded surprisingly nice and drove even better than what I was expecting. Luxurious yet engaging. If they manage to make the...
  7. BoostRabbitGT test drives Mustangs and other cars in this thread.

Yesterday I was able to test drive two Cadillac CT5s in lieu of a '17 Camaro not being available at the time. One was a Sport trim refresh model with the 4-cylinder and the other was a Premium Luxury trim pre-refresh model with the V6. The '25 CT5 Sport was fine for the most part, plenty of...
  8. I don’t get the Dark Horse vs. EcoBoost

Would it be safe to say the difference between enthusiast and wannabe comes down to attitude towards the car and conduct towards it and other cars and drivers?
  9. I don’t get the Dark Horse vs. EcoBoost

I'm just curious, what separates the enthusiasts from the wannabes?
  10. I don’t get the Dark Horse vs. EcoBoost

Luckier guy than I, getting compliments in the first place on their 'Boost. 😏
  11. "Mach 4" 4-Door Mustang + Off-Road Baja Mustang models previewed at Ford dealers meeting!

Do you think the Coyote variant will have optional AWD as well? And regardless if it does or not, how much do you think AWD will cost as an option? I'm thinking it'll be $2K minimum.
  12. "Mach 4" 4-Door Mustang + Off-Road Baja Mustang models previewed at Ford dealers meeting!

Pricing wise, I would anticipate this for the Mach-4: 2.3 EcoBoost: $35-45K 5.0 V8: $50-60K+ Thoughts? I'm no expert by any stretch of the imagination, but I can't see Ford doing more than two engine options. (2.5 Hybrid would most likely make it a "commodity product", and a turbocharged V6...
  13. "Mach 4" 4-Door Mustang + Off-Road Baja Mustang models previewed at Ford dealers meeting!

I had no idea "prognosticate" was a real word. You learn something new every day I suppose. On topic, do we even have any confirmation as to what size this Mach-4 will be? (i.e. Charger, Fusion, or Cruze?) I can worry about powerplants and looks later down the road.
  14. "Mach 4" 4-Door Mustang + Off-Road Baja Mustang models previewed at Ford dealers meeting!

Bit off topic, but is there any article that talks about how Hyundai managed to simulate gear shifts and engine/exhaust sounds on the IONIQ 5 N? Personally I find that kind of tech intriguing, optimal/optional customization for those who want a bit more personality out of their EVs. That said...
  15. "Mach 4" 4-Door Mustang + Off-Road Baja Mustang models previewed at Ford dealers meeting!

The Mustang 2 is a worse car overall than the Mach-E, but personally I think the 2 takes the W over the E as far as looks go. As for the sedan, do we know anything else for sure about it besides that it has four doors? How big it is? Engine options? Transmissions? Drivetrain(s)?
  16. "Mach 4" 4-Door Mustang + Off-Road Baja Mustang models previewed at Ford dealers meeting!

I wouldn't be surprised by the 4 outselling the coupe eventually. Right now though, there's at least 20+ Mach Es sitting pretty at the local Ford dealership here. 15+ Lyriqs at the Cadillac dealership. More supply than demand at the moment. (whistles innocently) I mean, my EcoBoost is the...
  17. "Mach 4" 4-Door Mustang + Off-Road Baja Mustang models previewed at Ford dealers meeting!

Quick question: What Mustang variants would make you worried that Ford is returning to making "commodity products" again? I'd be down with a Mustang SuperCrew. More imaginative than "Mach 4" in my mind.
  18. "Mach 4" 4-Door Mustang + Off-Road Baja Mustang models previewed at Ford dealers meeting!

Weren't the F250 and F350 four door versions of the F150 at one point? (At least until the Super Duty came along.)
  19. 2024 Woodward Mustang Alley Photos

I like the wing of the GTD. I wonder how much that would cost to put in my current EcoBoost or a potential future GT?
