Name aside, I think if Ford sold a naturally aspirated V8 sports sedan at $50K for the top trim it would sell well without cannibalizing sales from the GT/Premium.

You know what I'd really like to see? Ford making a smaller naturally aspirated V8 that puts out 240-360 HP (so it doesn't cannibalize from the Coyote's sales), can fit in a smaller car (think Cayman/Boxster to the 911), has good throttle response at low RPMs for daily driving at minimum, and...

The Hornet is a rebadged uglier Alfa Romeo Tonale. Fair point on debt. I'm not in a rush right now to get a new car. If anything it means more opportunities for me to test drive more cars of interest (outside of exotics for obvious reasons).
