You don't need the connectors, you can just chop off the plugs inside the sub enclosure and connect the wires directly to the sub. The Pioneer one is designed to take bare wires. The thread on the S550 forum referenced above has all the details
No. But you can drill new holes rather than cutting the speaker if you prefer. Post #25 details possible speakers but none share the exact same holes. I drilled new holes which worked fine.
Yes, it is a bolt on spacer so no issue with stud length and plenty of people are running 25mm spacers all around everyday. I will measure the studs as may need to go to 30mm depending on the back of the spare wheel. It would only be for limited speed emergency use anyway and the price of a...
Just had an answer from AA to that effect:
We sell a 20" version for the S650 GT's and the rim itself has a little more offset (the tire size is nearly unchanged). If you want to try to get away with keeping your current spare, size wise you will be just fine, however you will most likely need...
I've just checked and my S550 spare is 19" wheel. It will be interesting to see if it clears the callipers and whether a spacer might provide clearance if required.
Why would it need a 20" wheel when the original car wheel is only 19"?
The S550 has 380mm discs the S650 has 390mm discs
I am keeping my current spare, so it will be a simple job to check the fitment once I have the car.
Target delivery date and ETA to dealer are two different things though
Target delivery date for mine was in August and doesn't change other than it is now in red on Vista. ETA to dealer is the one that is changing
I've noticed so far none of the cars seem to have locking wheel nuts. For my S550 they came in a separate bag so you end up with 4 spare nuts but I would be interested to know if the new cars have the locking nuts. If they don't I will keep my old ones. Perhaps somebody who gets their car before...
My expected delivery to the dealer date has come forward to the 8th October now (was 12th a couple of days ago) and Live chat said the vehicle location is not showing on their system which suggested to him the car is on a ship. That would fit in with it being on Atlantic Sail arriving Antwerp...
Slightly different in the S650 but the Isofix points should be there. Proper plastic surrounds now rather than just slits in the seat. Maybe European seats are different ?
Absolutely not, if it is the Ford warranty extension pre-registration. I have done it before and in fact my current S550 had a 5 year warranty up front that showed on FordPass. It was a lot cheaper than extending later. Ford protect warranties are with Ford NOT the dealer group
Service and...
OK so this older link shows what used to be available, and was still available earlier this year but may have changed recently. The prices for the Mustang were slightly more but still very good value for year 4.

OK sorry yes. It does seem they have renamed it, but it is definitely a different product you can buy before registration and has always been cheaper too. There used to be a price list available but that link is now dead and just says talk to your dealer.
Ford provide their own extension to the base warranty for the 4th and 5th years. This MUST be taken out before the vehicle is registered via your dealer. It's good value for the 4th year / 40k miles but more expensive by the time you get to 5th year. Not sure what current prices are and Ford do...
