I've just checked and my S550 spare is 19" wheel. It will be interesting to see if it clears the callipers and whether a spacer might provide clearance if required.

Why would it need a 20" wheel when the original car wheel is only 19"? The S550 has 380mm discs the S650 has 390mm discs I am keeping my current spare, so it will be a simple job to check the fitment once I have the car.

Slightly different in the S650 but the Isofix points should be there. Proper plastic surrounds now rather than just slits in the seat. Maybe European seats are different ?

OK sorry yes. It does seem they have renamed it, but it is definitely a different product you can buy before registration and has always been cheaper too. There used to be a price list available but that link is now dead and just says talk to your dealer.

Ford provide their own extension to the base warranty for the 4th and 5th years. This MUST be taken out before the vehicle is registered via your dealer. It's good value for the 4th year / 40k miles but more expensive by the time you get to 5th year. Not sure what current prices are and Ford do...
