Nah, I know that - I was referring to it as such because we have no idea what it'll be called as of yet, but we do know it'll take its place.
Uh, not me?
I like being able to have a little fun with the imports I come across on the road. If we go back to the 60's/70's that goes away... 😅
This is something I've thought about lately, and has got me beginning to wonder if some of the prototypes we've seen recently - namely the one with the vertical rectangular exhaust - is actually a refresh with some extreme upgrades instead of a boss or a GT500. Seems far-fetched, and I doubt...
What "We" want seems to be incomprehensible, IMO.
Half of the complaints I see/hear about the Mustang center around how much this car has strayed from its roots, given that it's attempting to fight other brands abroad and no longer solely focusing on the "Fast in a straight line" philosophy. Go...
The S650 with AE is considerably louder than without. Mine doesn't have the feature, but I've driven plenty that do, and there's a noticeable difference, especially on cold starts. The tone is deeper, much more susceptible to pops and bangs on the overrun, and ever so slightly choppier...
Finding 300As in general is difficult. I asked my dealer to find me that or a 301A and nationwide he couldn't find much in the way of anything. I ended up in a 401A.
If you want a 2025, your best bet is to increase your budget by a few thousand. Otherwise, order a '26. That's not to say you...
I haven't modified mine (I'm mostly happy with it stock) but from what I've seen, get Steeda's Stop The Hop kit as well as some other tasteful suspension mods. When I launch I can feel the wheels hopping when TC is on - that looks like it'll not only solve the problem, but also increase grip...
I have the same experience. I think I'm too tall for those hooks. My belt ends up on the shoulder of the seat before reaching me.
On the squeaking noise, I don't have that issue in mine personally, but I have experienced it before in a different S650.
As mentioned, the only S550 to do this is the GT500 as it's a DCT. Automatic S550s and S650s do not allow you to rev the engine by pulling in both paddles.
You can shift the car into neutral to free rev while driving, however.
The fine print explicitly states it's for existing 2025 dealer inventory and 2025 retail orders, so it's highly unlikely you'll see this applied to a 2026. You need to come into ownership/take delivery of the car before the first part of September is over.
With that last part in mind, even if...
IIRC he had loaded the Whipple tune, but don't quote me on that. EDIT: He is stock, untuned.
He was driving it but gently and under low boost conditions. I'll see if I can't find it.
EDIT: I found it:
This just reminded me that the person on these forums with the twin turbo Carbonized Gray Dark Horse can now tune his car. I wonder what numbers he's gonna get...
