If this is legitimate, and not just some basic software trickery, demand for the S650s is likely going to skyrocket.
If you were on the fence about getting one before, or were holding back for whatever reason, now might be the time to make the jump.
I produce music as a hobby, and have driven different S650s as well as different versions of my personal car both with and without the B&O, so I feel I can answer this question with some level of validity. The upgraded sound system is significantly better at balancing out the bass/mids/treble...
The pricing is out. It'll be a little less than the 2025 numbers.
Pricing for the 2026MY has decreased marginally. It's less by a couple hundred in some places.
It looks like that orange Ecoboost's black inserts are actually the result of a bad photoshop on Ford's part. They're the exact same color as the rest of the body on the old version of the photo.
Ah... so that's a photoshop error that looked like inserts. My mistake. 😅
I think it looks unique. Wouldn't have complained if it was an option, but I don't think it'd sell too well.
By the looks of it, you can now also get black inserts for the lower front bumper intakes, or at least that is so for the Ecoboost. Look at the orange one in one of the photos
Yeah, I was thinking the same. Ford's saying to check back in the Fall for more information, which means to me they're...
Two more prototypes were apparently spied recently. The new exhaust design is... something. I actually audibly laughed at it when I saw it.
It looks good, but it caught me off-guard.
Still wondering where the actual rear wing/spoiler is for it, because I find it hard to believe the GT500...
In theory, could you enable this for Dark Horses equipped with the Tremec? The feature doesn't work (to my knowledge, anyway) if the key is in the vehicle, which would mean the car would need to be in neutral and have the handbrake applied to use it...
FP, or Ford proper? Because it sounds like they're effectively trying to figure out a way to create a sort of SDK (software development kit) for tune creation.
If Ford or FP released what was needed to tune the Mustang as, say, a package (as it's referred to) that tuners could use to make it so...
Respectfully, I think the reason you had a rough time selling it is because of how you modded the car. Those cosmetic changes aren't exactly for everyone...
Congrats on the Z06 though. That car is what I like to call an "American Ferrari", and if I were in a higher tax bracket, I'd get one myself.
