At 3300 miles, the last highway trip (about 250 miles) I did produced 37.5 (calculated by hand). I live in a rural area, so I don't experience a lot of stop and go. Average speed for this trip was mostly 65, with some interstate at 75 and side roads at 55.
35mpg is actually my overall average...
My last Mustang was a GT (2019). It was great, but for my usage it was overkill. This time I went with the EB, and I'm glad I did. If you are going to track it, get the GT. the EB falls off at higher speeds, but if you aren't doing that, I think the EB is a better deal. It's lighter, handles...
Hey Ford... they ALL do this. It us not a problem on an individual car. Please send this feedback to whomever does the updates to get this fixed for everybody.
My F150 with Sync4 works properly. You can select either a dark (Night) background or a light (Day) background. The new Mustangs...
I have changed my oil, and it does require the removal of the belly shroud under the engine. Sadly, there in no door you can open to easily access the oil filter, so you have to remove the whole thing. It's not hard to do, but the S550 design with the access door is a better arrangement. If the...
I think your plan is a sound one. I bought one two months ago as a road car, and I expect it to last for many miles and years. As a prior poster said, the "EcoBoom' is the result of someone doing something stupid.
I saw an article a couple of weeks ago ranking all of Ford's Ecoboost engines...
The spare tire is an extra cost item, even for the premium package. I included it on my order at a cost of something over $400. It includes the tire, jack, lug wrench, and a hold-down bracket.
If the water entry was truly the result of the rear windows being open, then I would let them dry it out and replace the carpet. No electronics would have been involved from a rear window water entry. Let them fix it, do the tests, and if all passes I would accept the car if they provide an...
Be careful what you wish for... I have a 2021 F150, and for the first year or so, most every time they did an update to fix something, they broke something else.
In fairness, the process was new to Ford at the time. Hopefully they have a better process now...
