No walk through for me, but it was at my request. I already have Sync4 in my F150, so I was pretty familiar with how it generally worked. We just paired my phone, activated Fordpass, and drove out.
Very symptomatic of a bad battery. If you have been driving much, then 50% battery charge is low. I would put it on a battery charger (or have your dealer do it) and then test it. A number of cars with problems similar to yours have been fixed with a battery replacement.
I did mine 2 weeks ago. I agree that it wouldn't have taken much effort or cost to have a much smaller removable panel at the back to facilitate oil changes. Other than that, an easy job.

Perhaps the better question is how do you add additional choices to the favorite button selection page?
I got a VIN and a scheduled build week the day after I ordered. I think it was simply the luck of timing. They are not scheduling this week according to other posts, and they likely will not schedule again until after the Holidays.
The time frame is all over the place. My Ecoboost took 3 months to get, but there are some here who have waited much longer. Production through the holidays will also be much slower, so that will be a factor as well. Lastly, the options you choose may also impact how quickly it gets built...
The SYNC 4 in my F150 allows this. Simply push the voice button and when it beeps ready, say "Channel 7" or whichever channel you want to switch to. TBH, I have not tried this in my Mustang yet. Give it a try, and I'll try to remember to try it next time I am out in it.
In my experience (Tesla and Ford), sometimes the OTA update returns some settings to default values. If something changes on your screen, you may want to check your settings and see if you can re-select the option you want.
Correct, but the longer you wait, the higher the price is likely to be due to periodic price increases from Ford. If you know you want an extended ESP, it's probably cheaper to buy it right away.
