  1. [Update: AM is staying!] AM Radio is removed on the 2024 Mustang

A lot of sports events (college football) are broadcast on FM stations where I live. AM is fizzling out, but you can still get sports on AM which is great when you have to run to the store for something and want to keep up on the game. Otherwise I have little use for AM outside of sports or talk...
  2. Tacked-on Infotainment Screens Trend

I guess I'll chime in...I am in the middle on this. I love the look and feel of analog gauges, but I'm excited for the technology to change my instrument cluster at will. I like the one massive screen of the premium package. Would I like the screen set into the dash? Yes, but once you are...
  3. Flat Rock plant down due to quality issues

Honestly our roads are better than a lot of other states especially those that suffer under road salt and steel snowplow up north (potholes everywhere!). I used to live in middle Georgia. Don't miss the heat of summer, but sometimes miss those milder winters.
  4. Ford Accessories Live for 2024 Mustang

Does anybody know if you can get louvers for the rear glass? Looking for that 69-70 Boss 302 louver look.
  5. Reduced capacity amplifier cancelled

https://fordauthority.com/2023/05/2024-ford-mustang-reduced-capacity-amplifier-option-dropped/ Great news! The reduced capacity amplifier that was previously a potential involuntary option is no longer an issue. I don't know about the rest of y'all, but I really didn't want to lose power to my...
  6. Matte clear stripes - Thoughts?

I'm not sure you would notice these enough on a white car to be with the money spent. I think light smoke colored stripes would pop on the Oxford white without being over bearing.
  7. Flat Rock plant down due to quality issues

Touche'! However it does get cold at elevation where I live (in the mountains) so we do see cold temps ( and ice/snow). Definitely below 45 where summer only tires don't like it, but I get it. Winter is waaaaay worse for those of y'all up north. Hoping y'all get your cars first.
  8. Flat Rock plant down due to quality issues

Look y'all I get it... I want my car as well and I still haven't gotten that 45 day sorry email, but are we really wanting Ford to rush this thing into production just so we have it in our garages? I say give them all be the time they need to get this launch right. A few months of waiting for...
  9. No Mustang Scheduling This Week (5/18) - Job 1 Delay (Still TBD)

Another week with no VIN, build week, or even an email saying "sorry". Its all good as long as this is the best built Mustang the world has ever seen. FRAP employees, we are all looking forward to seeing your craftsmanship roll off the assembly line. For the rest of us....the wait goes on....
  10. New Ford Mustang picture video spotted thread!

Atlas blue looking really good in the twilight!
  11. Flat Rock plant down due to quality issues

I have already called Ford customer service and reported about half a dozen dealers near me for $10-15k markups on DH. To follow up, I mailed a letter to customer service in Dearborn about the same issue. I was all ready to put down big money on a DH, but I refuse to pay ADMs. If/when they...
  12. Flat Rock plant down due to quality issues

I hope this is all good news for quality. I'd rather wait 6 months and get a rock solid car than have it rushed to production and be in the shop all the time. Is he for real about ADMs because I haven't seen it happen yet?
  13. Just got this email from Ford

I ordered Mar 28. No email here yet. Just the original one.
  14. Ok, someone educate me here

I need to get my head around this...so if a dealer has X allocations for the year for all Mustangs does that impact which customer orders get built sooner vs later? I feel like this shouldn't impact those of us who have special orders in, but does it?
  15. Ok, someone educate me here

Agreed. There are no allocation limits I'm aware of with GT or Ecoboost. Just Dark Horse. Shop somewhere else if they don't know that.
  16. Dark Horse Splitter - can it be purchased separately?

I'm with you...I really like the look of the front splitter. Here's hoping....
  17. Active valve + aftermarket exhaust

Doesn't Flowmaster also support active valve exhaust?
  18. Post your scheduled production build dates here!

I also ordered mine the first week of order banks opening and haven't heard anything. I'm not worried though. Most of the people on here haven't gotten a date yet from my assessment. It'll happen. Just gotta be patient. I did get the email FWIW.
  19. Oil catch can YES or NO?

When do you anticipate having a fully developed catch can for the gen 4 Coyote? I'm very interested in getting one from y'all.
  20. Oil catch can YES or NO?

Throttle body? Interesting because I've always seen the downstream PCV hose on the vacuum side of the manifold (unless your talking about vapor release after the engine is shut off mucking up the back of the TB). Please correct me if I'm misunderstanding the PCV plumbing, but it's the same on...
