Might I suggest that @S650 GT look into a restomod American car. Most of the restomod shops here in the states are very finicky about panel gaps, and you are likely to get what you want in a nice classic American vehicle with modern amenities.

That is really odd about the NP rims. I thought the NP rims would be the same design as the bronze performance pack rims, just black. Maybe they'll update it? Those rims they show currently would not look right on a NP. You need the black rims to make the look really pop. Anyone who ordered...

If you look on the order guide they reserve the ability to downgrade the amp if there aren't enough chips available. They'll credit you $100 if that's the case. At least that's how I understand it.

I ordered the MT82-D4 with the same reservations. I really wanted the Tremec. Like you I won't be racing, but I will want to explore the rev band frequently. I figure if the Getrag poops out after warranty I'll just throw a Tremec in there.

I use Motorcraft full synthetic and Valvoline extended protection full synthetic. Not sure which one will end up in the Mustang once it arrives. I've used both for years and have had good results.
