I agree that there should be a 285/305 option for the GT.

But, those wider wheels are only on the Dark Horse with the handling package. If you don't check that box, you get the same width tires and wheels as on the GT PP.

As long as you don't mind lots of vinyl and hard plastic and no stitching (other than seats), you'll be fine. :)

I'll be getting the 401A for the softer materials and stitching alone. The base interior just looks rental car cheap without the extras.

Not sure there are "extra gauges" anymore -- unless it's built into the digital display. The convertible is already $5K over the coupe, but if you want a bit better handling then go for the Performance Pack. Since the Convertible will probably be more of a cruiser, I don't think it's necessary.

I wouldn't have the stripes or the wheels. The wheels have to much meat on the inner rim for me. Grill looks nice though.

0-60 in 3.8? Maybe a prepped surface. :)

All this power and these cars are still very traction limited -- at least on a non prepped surface.

The title of this thread still bothers me. Premium fuel is the same price for every car. 😜 I mean here is the States it's 93 Octane, costs the same no matter what car it's going in.

Yes. BMW seems to always underrate by quite a lot. Even the M240i, which is advertised as making 382 Net HP, is making 380 to the wheels itself. Hence the 3.8 second 0-60 and 11.9 quarter mile for the XDrive model.
