  1. Someone say… ProCharger S650 GT?

Really it's more about RPM...I can be at 5000 RPM at part throttle and still pushing a lot of boost. As you stated, a bypass/blow-off valve is required to prevent over pressure of the intake.
  2. Misleading HP

OP is sitting back watching his creation blossom!
  3. Misleading HP

There are things you can do...carbon fiber driveshaft, weight reduction, CF wheels. All of that will reduce rotating mass and free up HP.
  4. Prep for Mustang Arrival

100% yes! Before I got them every time I drove around even on paved roads only I acquired new chips in the paint. These seem to mitigating that a lot. The first 2 pics are the front and the last 2 are the rear. Edit: The best part is there is no drilling required. They simply slide into place...
  5. Prep for Mustang Arrival

Order rock guards and put them on at the dealership. I bought the ones from Jaeger Bros and they go on seconds.
  6. Finally got around to getting some nice pics

Love the reaper theme! Very well done. Very tasteful.
  7. Hellhorse twin turbos

The block should be able to handle 1000HP with no block stiffening upgrades and stock rotating assembly. Beyond that? I would find a good engine builder and ask them.
  8. Custom Mode and Quiet Start Issues

I wish you could set it to start with the track exhaust on. Ah well. Such is life. Quiet mode is crazy how it completely silences the exhaust. I tried it once for kicks and giggles. Neat feature for those in neighborhoods. Where I live it is not needed. Louder the better!
  9. New Product Release - S650 Mustang GT500 Style Spoiler w/ Tinted Wicker Bill - Gloss Black (2024+)

Nice upgrade for anyone without the PP, but with the NPP wanting to carry on the look with a performance oriented spoiler.
  10. Official RAPID RED Mustang S650 Thread

Twins! Exact same spec since I ordered both of them.
  11. How much of the GT/DH power is actually usable by the everyday driver?

Turn off traction control and floor it from a stop. You'll get sideways. Traction control does a lot!
  12. 2024 Mustang Retail Scheduling This Week (3/14/24) for Production Weeks 4/29 - 5/27

I'm gonna ask...what is an orbit number? Something specific to the EU?
  13. 2024 Mustang Retail Scheduling This Week (3/14/24) for Production Weeks 4/29 - 5/27

Nobody is talking about the elephant in the room...with all those wheel options now exhausted what exactly are they building in May? No NPP, no BAP, no DH HP. Looks like all plain Jane Ecoboost and GTs. Maybe a few DH builds that are non-HP, but the lack of wheel availability is striking.
  14. Potential Lighted Mustang Pony Grill product

Anyone who has seen the RTR grille in the dark wouldn't bash it. I think it looks pretty sick in the day, but at night it looks even better! Like the rep said, not for everyone.
  15. Magneride Delaying Build?

@DCS I know you are trying to figure out Ford's scheduling system, and you are disappointed that it has taken so long for you to get your car built. Keep in mind there are members on here who ordered on 3/27/23 and still do not have their cars. Ordering in December and built in March is pretty...
  16. 2024 Mustang Clean-up Scheduling This Week (2/29/24) for Production Weeks 4/1 - 4/25

Yes. My original dealer didn't have an allocation. Dealer #2 did.
  17. Drove through a paint cloud in my new GT/CS!

This is exactly why I want to get PPF on the whole car...you just never know! So glad you got it all off. What a horrible experience, though!
  18. Asking Salesman for an “OTD price” before order is built

I got one, but never had to ask for it. My salesman printed it off for me when I placed my order and stuck to it. If he hadn't I was going to request it, though.
  19. Thoughts on Paint Protection - Wrap, Ceramic, Teflon,...

So you couldn't see a seam where the PPF ended? I think for me it's the OCD of having the entire car protected. I picked up my first rock chip about halfway up the driver's door so that's why I'm thinking just wrap the whole thing and be done. My luck I would wrap only the leading edges and...
