  1. Mustang Panel Alignment Problems

We do not necessarily take it for granted but we are understanding that our cars are far from perfect. Of course it shouldn’t be that way but it is what it is. Honestly I forget about my car’s imperfections the second I start the Coyote.
  2. Report: Next-Gen Shelby GT500 Mules (Coupe & Convertible) Have Begun Testing

I’m at the Mustang Owner’s Museum for National Mustang Day. There will be some Ford folks here tomorrow. Will certainly be asking questions.
  3. Ford Connect Services / Options?

Ford Connect was the old system, no longer in use. Same goes for the Connected Navigation Trail. Map updates start off free and done over the air via wi-fi. I do not know what the number of free updates will be as Sync 4 is new to the Mustang. Updates to the Sync 4 system are always free. As...
  4. EcoBoost Owners Unite!

I put 51k miles on my 15’ EB Premium and loved everyone of them. It was a great car and from a performance point of view the power was more than sufficient. But as member of the muscle car era I felt the need for one more rip roaring V8. The Coyote has more than met that need for me.

  6. GT vs GT Premium

Heated and cooled seats were standard as part of the 400a package on the S550.
  7. GT vs GT Premium

The Premier trim with the color accent group is worth the price of admission as part of the 401a.
  8. Seat options

Nope, not true. I have the Miko Suede interior in my 19’ GT/CS. It is much nicer than the full leather on my earlier Mustang. It’s very comfortable, cool in the summer and warm in the winter. It is easy to maintain, looks brand new after almost four years, and yes, it does hold you a little...
  9. GT vs GT Premium

Go to my post #2. It shows what the 400a adds to the base car and what the 401a adds to the 400a. If the features of the 401a don’t appeal to you, skip it.
  10. Seat options

The microsuede is considered a step up from leather. Either way it’s only on the seating surfaces. The bolsters, sides, & backs are leather like vinyl.
  11. Seat options

Recaro’s are an extra cost option. If you do see a dollar figure listed you are getting the regular seats. “O” shows optional for the 600a and 700a packages.
  12. CTS-V to Mustang GT

Congrats on your order. It’s going to be a beautiful monster. Looking forward to seeing it when it arrives.

  14. Greenlight Collectibles - 7th Gen models

Yup, much better. I didn’t look because I had a gift certificate to pay for them.

  17. On the Dark Horse no leather?

The base Mach 1 had cloth too at $58k.
  18. On the Dark Horse no leather?

Forget the configurator as it has a number of errors. I believe the base (600a) DH gets cloth but the Premium (700a) gets Dinamica seating surfaces with fake leather on the bolsters, sides and backs.
  19. CTS-V to Mustang GT

Listen, the CT-4V Blacking is an awesome car but it's no Mustang. If you are in the market for a four door sedan with a turbo 6 engine that's a great choice. But if you want a two door coupe with an awesome V8, well you know. But you are certainly right about the pricing though. MSRP for a...
